PET Keyworker job summary
Endeavour Federation are recruiting for an experienced PET Keyworker who excels as part of a team and has an understanding of a range of teaching, learning and behaviour regulation strategies. The successful candidate will join a enthusiastic and welcoming team at Castlefield Campus School and will join us in motivating students to strive for success while maintaining a healthy learning environment for all children within the school.

Castlefield Campus
Castlefield Campus is a Special School for young people with social, emotional and mental health needs. We have recently expanded our provision and now have a brand-new building which has been designed to deliver our therapeutic vision.
Our vision is to create a therapeutic, harmonious environment which promotes feelings of safety and security, to allow our pupils to explore, enjoy learning, and reach their full potential. Building a sense of community around the child. We aim to become a leading therapeutic provision which is high quality and expert in recognising and meeting the needs of all of the pupils, with outstanding teaching and engaging learning. We achieve positive outcomes for all our pupils, including emotional wellbeing and self-belief, creating successful, happy, healthy individuals. Developing skills that enable their ability to sustain employment and build security in their lives.
Endeavour Federation
Endeavour Federation provides education for pupils in KS2, 3 and 4. Our aim is for all our pupils to develop their skills and reach their full potential in a safe learning environment.
Our schools include Castlefield Campus, Meade Hill School and Southern Cross School. All of our pupils have Education, Health and Care plans based primarily on a range of social, emotional and mental health issues. All of the staff are committed to providing an effective learning environment within small class sizes.
