About the role:
We are looking for an ambitious and experienced Class Teacher to join our high-performing team as Phase Leader. We have 6 classes across two year groups, ideally you will lead the KS1 phase but we are open to the key stage you'd like to lead that suits your experience. You will have an opportunity to mentor a trainee teacher who will also support you in the classroom. You will be a model of quality and will have a chance to have a much wider impact in the school and on your team.
Our ideal candidates will:
- Be an experienced primary teacher with demonstrable commitment to raising attainment in the classroom
- Have experience working in an inner city primary school
- Demonstrate high levels of ambition and optimism for both themselves and their pupils
- Be committed to improve their practice and develop in their careers
