We are excited to invite an outstanding practitioner to join our dedicated team as a Phase Leader. This is an incredible opportunity for someone who is passionate about teaching and committed to unlocking the full potential of every pupil.
As well as leading a key stage (KS1 or KS2, depending on your strengths and experience), this role includes the responsibility of leading English across the entire school. We seek a lively, energetic, and inspirational individual with an excellent understanding of children’s literature and the full English curriculum, capable of bringing this curriculum to life in an engaging and exciting manner for all pupils.
We are looking for someone who:
- Is a dynamic and inspirational leader who is passionate about unlocking the full potential of every pupil, with a genuine commitment to their academic and personal development.
- Has a passion for teaching, with a creative and adaptable approach to working with children, demonstrating enthusiasm, patience, and commitment, with the ability to inspire and engage pupils of various learning styles.
- Is enthusiastic and creative, with the ability to bring learning to life and inspire a love of English through a rich and engaging curriculum.
