Phase Leader - Lower KS2 (Permanent)

Working as part of the Senior Leadership team you will be supporting the vision and ethos of the school in order to provide the very best education for our children in a successful and driven school.
Grimsdyke School is an outstanding, inclusive and oversubscribed three form entry in Harrow. In this new role you will be presented with the opportunity to;
• Contribute to the strategic development and direction of the school.
• Develop your leadership and management skills at phase level and also within a key curriculum area.
• Deepen you understanding and knowledge of the National Curriculum and how this can be implemented in a school setting.
• Adopt and support the implementation of the Grimsdyke School ethos and vision.
• Specifically drive the direction of your phase and evaluate the impact that you are having as a leader within the school.
• Lead a team of capable staff and further develop their practice
The Governors, staff and pupils are seeking an outstanding classroom practitioner and leader to be part of an ambitious, dynamic and energetic staff.
We are seeking to appoint an inspirational leader who is passionate about the education of children, how can motivate and challenge staff through innovative ideas and curriculum development. The successful candidate will be asked to demonstrate understanding and experience in curriculum development, data analysis, assessment and the implementation of initiatives to raise standards.
