What skills and experience we're looking for
Following the appointment of a new Principal in January 2023, extra capacity is sought in our Maths faculty to build leadership capacity. As a result of this, we are recruiting a Phase Leader responsible for Maths and in particular, someone that can come in and shape our KS3 Maths curriculum.
We believe that this role will appeal to ambitious, talented teacher that wants to make that step up to curriculum leadership.
We are looking for someone who will:
- Promote and delivery excellent standards of teaching and learning.
- Has a strong knowledge of curriculum content, coverage and sequencing.
- Foster positive relationships with students, staff, parents and the local community.

You will need to provide evidence of an outstanding 'track record' to date. You will need to be highly motivated and passionate about making a difference to the lives of young people, with the ability to inspire and motivate staff and students.

The successful candidate will need to meet the requirements of the person specification in order to be offered the post and will be subject to an enhanced DBS check.
