What skills and experience we're looking for
You will be joining a well-established and friendly team of specialist teachers of Physical Education who work collaboratively to ensure quality first teaching is the priority for all students. Teachers of Physical teach both KS3 and KS4 inpractical and theory context.
As a school we are proud to offer our KS3 students timetabled enrichment each week. All staff are expected to offer an activity for this Enrichment which could be related to the teacher’s specialist subject or an area in which they are passionate about. This is an excellent opportunity for both staff and students to benefit from a wider curriculum and gives an opportunity for staff to promote our school ethos with students beyond the boundaries of their classrooms.
This role will also include being responsible for the pastoral care of a Mentor group.
