Play Coordinator Lunch Time Manager job summary
We are expanding our team and are seeking to recruit a Play Coordinatorto begin our transformation of lunchtime and provision of play for ourchildren. We are seeking to appoint an individual who understands theimportance of play and will be able to support and facilitate this process.They will work together with School Leadership Team to set and run ourlunchtimes.
The successful candidate will need to be reliable, flexible,work well in a team and be committed to making lunch time experience fun andengaging for all children. A pro-active individual to work collaboratively andflexibly within our team, build good working relationships with both childrenand adults and demonstrate a respectful and caring attitude towards all ourchildren. We are looking for someone who can bring new ideas on how to raisethe profile of play, physical activity and social communication. While leadingthe Play Team and helping to deliver high quality and well supervised playactivities during lunchtime.
The role responsibilities include line management of the Lunch& Play Assistants
