Play Leader job summary
At All Saints Academy Darfield we are looking for someone who is patient and caring to join our lunchtime/play team. We are committed to providing a high-quality, safe, and nurturing environment for our pupils.
All Saints Academy Darfield is a growing average-sized primary school situated in the village location of Darfield, South Yorkshire. We are a Church of England school, with our motto ‘Care, Learn and Grow together’ being a key feature of the school.
The Role.
Working as a member of the lunchtime team, the post holder will play a key role in working directly with children to promote positive and engaging outdoor play experiences. While some time will be spent supporting supervision in the dining hall each day, the primary focus of the role will be on preparing and setting up play equipment, and actively modelling and facilitating safe, inclusive play opportunities for children across all age groups.
