What skills and experience we're looking for
Play Pals Childcare Limited is a private nursery dedicated to supporting the local community. We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Manager to oversee our 3-4 nursery setting at PlayPals c/o Hindley Green CP School.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering a high standard of learning and development for the children in our care. Ensuring the pre-school nursery is a safe and nurturing environment is paramount, and the Manager will play a key role in achieving this.
Managing the staff within the setting will be a crucial aspect of the role, as well as collaborating with the other members of Play Pals' senior leadership team to ensure the smooth operation of the nursery.
We offer a competitive salary of £14 to £14.60 per hour, reflecting the value we place on the contributions of our team members.

Having originally established in 2014, the Trust Board are now looking to expand the number of schools within the Trust. We are currently comprised of one medium sized secondary school in Bolton and four Primaries in Wigan. We also have four Nursery provisions associated with the Trust. The Trust comprises 1700 pupils and 270 staff.
