Our school is an excellent training establishment with everything necessary for staff to develop their professional skills with an excellent induction policy and effective appraisal system. Staff form a supportive and friendly team and have consistent, high expectations of children. Ofsted Nov 2016 recognised Holy Trinity staff as…“a united team who work enthusiastically and always in the best interest of the pupils in their care.”

Standards of achievement are high, our children are well-behaved, parents are supportive and staff enjoy working at Holy Trinity. With its nurturing and happy Christian ethos, we believe it is an ideal environment for a career working with children.

Ofsted 2016 inspection judged us as a good school, but we really recommend interested candidates read the report to find out why. Our Diocesan inspection judged us as outstanding recognising the investment that we put into the whole child as well as staff and community.

This role would suit an experienced and qualified person, either in child care supervision or teaching however we are able to train up the right person. Please also read the job description and person specification.
