What skills and experience we're looking for
We are seeking an enthusiastic and confident individual to implement positive behaviour strategies to support the work of the Assistant Headteacher and House Managers’ in managing the behavioural difficulties and pastoral needs of individual and groups of students.
The successful candidate will have previous experience of working with young people and demonstrate the ability to relate well to students. A positive and flexible manner, together with a good sense of humour is key to this role.
