Everyone who walks through the doors of our school comments on the friendly, warm atmosphere we have and is impressed by how polite and well-mannered our pupils are. The staff team here are incredibly welcoming and supportive and enjoy working together in a collaborative way. Further to this, we believe in working smart and enjoying a good work-life balance; we frequently adjust our practice to ensure this is the case. We are looking for a talented and ambitious teacher who shares our values and has the skill set to help us drive improvement even further.

- Develop and grow partnerships with the whole school community
- Further their own professional knowledge and skills
- Have a flexible, creative and innovative approach
- Show motivation, energy, resilience and a good sense of humour.
What we can offer you
This is an exciting opportunity to join our professional and welcoming team and to work in a high achieving academy. As well as offering a very supportive ethos, the academy provides challenge and first-rate professional development opportunities, within the academy and across The Park Federation. As an academy, we are able to offer very competitive rates of pay along with healthcare benefits.
