Pre-School Leader job summary

Salary: Hourly Rate £13.47 - £14.41 depending on experience & qualifications (approximate salary £20,639.40 - £22,079.72)
Hours: 8.30am – 3.45pm Monday – Friday (excluding half hour lunch), term time only plus training days, 33.75 hours working week.

Are you looking for a new challenge in a friendly busy pre-school? The Saplings, is a warm, friendly and caring setting where children will thrive in their learning. We are looking for a highly motivated and committed leader to start as soon as possible. The Saplings will offer childcare for 2-4 year olds, Monday to Friday, term time only.

Desirable skills/qualifications:

A passion for high quality early years learning

  • Ability to demonstrate leadership potential
  • Excellent knowledge of the EYFS
  • Good communication skills
  • Safeguarding training
  • Paediatric First Aid
  • A minimum of an appropriate Level 3 NVQ qualification
