Pre School Manager job summary

You will lead the pre-school team to provide a safe, high quality education and care for our young children. You should be a team leader who can give support to the staff team within the setting and act as a keyworker to a group of children.

You should be able to manage the day to day organisation to ensure the smooth running of the pre-school. You should be able to plan and deliver safe, creative and appropriate educational opportunities for all children, ensuring an all inclusive environment, preparing activities, organising programmes and arranging equipment.

Previous experience of managing staff and leading the curriculum will be beneficial. You should have an understanding of early child development and relevant EYFS experience. Please detail the strengths you can bring to the team and how you are able to contribute to the writing and implementation of the curriculum through liaison with colleagues in the early years foundation stage 2.
