What skills and experience we're looking for
Due to an internal promotion, we are looking to appoint an inspiring, dedicated and enthusiastic
Preschool Manager to join us in our expanding preschool, in the heart of the beautiful village ofLympsham.
This is an exciting opportunity for either an experienced Nursery Manager or aspiring NurseryManager, with the key focus being; to provide a safe, happy, healthily environment and enrichingactivities and learning opportunities where children flourish.
At Lympsham CofE Academy and Preschool, you will have the support of a dedicated, friendlyHeadteacher, Operations Lead and wider team to successfully run the preschool, who support oneanother to provide a quality learning experience for all our children.
Applicants will need to show excellent knowledge of and work within the requirements of theStatutory Framework, have a good understanding of Safeguarding and Child Protection and be ableto follow and implement the policies and procedures of the setting.
Candidates will need to demonstrate:
• Confident, caring and friendly attitudes
• Excellent communication skills, competently liaising with parents and other professionals
• Flexibility, teamwork, and supportive of other practitioners in the setting
• Commitment to maintaining a safe, secure and nurturing environment
• Excellent working knowledge of the EYFS
• Commitment and passion to promoting the ethos and values of the school and getting thebest outcomes for all children
