The Role

Are you ready to make a meaningful difference at a pivotal stage in a child’s development? We’re looking for an inspiring and committed Pre-School Teacher to join our team, working with 3- and 4-year-olds in the crucial year before they start Reception.

This is a fantastic opportunity to help children build strong foundations for their future learning. You'll create a well-structured, purposeful environment that supports routine, builds confidence and fosters key skills across the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum. With a clear focus on early literacy, numeracy, communication and personal development, you’ll prepare children for the transition into Reception – academically, socially, and emotionally.

Whether you hold QTS or an Early Years Teacher Status, we’re looking for someone with the skills, enthusiasm, and experience to help every child flourish.
