Premises Assistant job summary
We are looking to appoint a Premises Assistant to work alongside our Premises Manager, to oversee the maintenance and site duties at The Academy of Cuxton Schools. We are looking for a proactive, adaptable and positive individual to join our team.
This role is vital for maintaining the school premises, buildings, and equipment to ensure the safety of pupils, staff, and visitors.
About You
You will be passionate about education and dedicated to helping children achieve their full potential while ensuring all pupils are supported to do their best.
You will be trustworthy, enthusiastic, full of energy, well-organised, and self-motivated. You will have excellent communication skills and be able to build a solid and appropriate rapport with children and parents/carers. You must have excellent numeracy and literacy skills and be passionate about making learning irresistible for children. However, you will also be able to adapt where necessary to support children’s individual needs.
