Premises Maintenance Assistant job summary
The Role
Thank you for your interest in the post of Premises Maintenance Assistant at Sheldon School. We have two posts available for 25 hours per week. The hours available are either 12pm-5pm or 4pm to 9pm, Monday to Friday. This is a term time role, working 39 weeks per year (195 days).
Our new Premises Maintenance Assistants will form part of a Site Maintenance Team that provides a high-quality service to what is a successful school. The successful candidate will carry out general buildings’ maintenance and security duties, (locking and unlocking the school premises on a rota basis). Good practical skills are required, and previous experience of building maintenance would be advantageous, in particular electrical skills and/or carpentry. A flexible approach would be advantageous. The further development of our buildings and grounds, and the improvement of the learning environment are key elements in our future plans.

How to make an application
