What skills and experience we're looking for

  • Leading a comprehensive site services team
  • Knowledge and experience of estate strategy planning
  • Managing Health and Safety at Work
  • Ensuring estates documents are complete, current, and appropriately stored and audit ready for compliance and assurance, meeting all regulationsunder the health and safety at work act.
  • Delivering onsite training of new site staff at school level
  • Previous appropriate experience of managing buildings, grounds and relatedfacilities
  • Experience of working with a wide range of partners both internal andexternal
  • A hard working, organised and proactive approach to their personal and professional development
