Premises Manager job summary

We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and self-motivated Premises Manager, someone who will be proactive and take pride in maintaining a secure, safe, clean and attractive school environment for everyone on all of our sites.

The hours to be worked are: Monday - Thursday 10.30 am - 6.30 pm and Friday 10.30 am - 6.00 pm (inludes a 30 min lunch break).

The suitable candidate:

Will be responsible for all aspects of site management including health and safety of the sites and users, the fabric and grounds of the school.

Will need to be honest, reliable, hardworking and well organised. You will be required to work on your own initiative and have excellent DIY and premises management skills. You should be able to carry out minor repairs and jobs competently and be flexible.

Will be required to work across the Trust.
