Premises Manager job summary
We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and self-motivated Premises Manager, someone who will be proactive and take pride in maintaining a secure, safe, clean and attractive school environment for everyone on all of our sites. (with a mix of early, afternoon and late shifts).
The suitable candidate will be responsible for all aspects of site management including health and safety of the sites and users, the fabric and grounds of the school.
The suitable candidate will need to be honest, reliable, hardworking and well organised. You will be required to work on your own initiative and have excellent DIY and premises management skills. You should be able to carry out minor repairs and jobs competently and be flexible.
The successful candidate will be required to work across the Trust.

Numeracy and literacy skills to NVQ level 2 or GCSE grades: A-C/9-4 are r equired for this position.
