is seeking to appoint a full time

Premises Manager

Working 30 hours per week, 52 weeks per year

This would involve 24 hours per week at Farcet Primary School and 6 hours per week at Oakington Primary School.

Payscale: Grade 5, Point 19 (FTE £29,777 per year, part time approx. £24,143 per annum pro rata)

About You

To be successful in this role, you will ideally:

Have experience of working in a site support role, preferably within an education setting.

Be committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people

Be enthusiastic, ambitious and serious about improving children’s life chances through education

Be highly organised, conscientious and able to set clear priorities when managing a busy workload

Be able work cooperatively and communicate clearly with fellow colleagues, parents and pupils

Have a ‘can-do’ attitude and has the ability to use their initiative

Be able to work flexibly and professionally

About Role

We are looking for an experienced Premises Manager to join our team, working 30 hours per week, 52 weeks per year. 30 hours per week being at Farcet Primary School and then 6 hours per week at Oakington Primary School. The purpose of this role is to support the schools with their day to day operational maintenance as well as some cleaning and their Health and Safety/Premises compliance.
