Premises Manager job summary
As Premises Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety, security and operability of Nobel’s buildings and grounds. Reporting to the Business Manager, you will arrange statutory, planned and ad-hoc maintenance and repair work and lead the premises team in minor repairs, maintenance, and other site-related tasks.
Previous experience of buildings management, or of placing and managing maintenance contracts is essential This is primarily a desk-based role, but you must be willing to work with the maintenance team and to cover for absence where required. Hands-on construction and building skills are not required, but may be an advantage.

Funds are available for up to 80% FTE, but we would welcome applicants wishing to work 60% FTE or above. We are flexible with regard to working patterns, but would prefer to agree a regular weekly set of hours.
