Premises Manager job summary

Trinity CofE School, part of the Trinitas Academy Trust, is seeking an experienced and proactive Premises Manager to lead the management and maintenance of our school premises.
As Premises Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring that our buildings, grounds, and facilities meet the highest standards of safety, functionality, and presentation for pupils, staff, and visitors.
You will:
- Lead Facilities Management: Maintain and develop school buildings, grounds, and systems, ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation.
- Inspire and Manage a Team: Lead, motivate, and support the site team, ensuring clear communication and effective collaboration.
- Oversee Daily Operations: Manage day-to-day premises activities, including cleaning, heating systems, and safeguarding measures.
- Ensure Health and Safety Compliance: Conduct inspections, risk assessments, and implement safety protocols.
- Manage Budgets and Projects: Oversee maintenance budgets, procure services, and deliver projects efficiently with minimal disruption.
We are looking for an organised and motivated professional with:
- Proven experience in facilities management and strong knowledge of health and safety regulations.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills, with the ability to lead a team and build positive relationships.
- A hands-on approach, self-motivation, and a proactive, can-do attitude.
- The ability to plan and prioritise workloads effectively.
- A full, clean driving licence, and the flexibility to travel across the Trust as required.
