We are looking to appoint a highly organised and professional person to join our Trust as a Premises Officer.This would be a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking for a job in facilities management and who is highly motivated and aspirational with exceptional prioritising and problem-solving skills.

The role is being recruited to provide the Trust with additional premises officer capacity, covering premises officer absence, training, secondments etc and working across our schools to help ensure sites are compliant and secure.

The role will include site management, opening and closing and securing the building, Lettings, H&S compliance and wider premises functions dependent on the school being covered / supported. The successful person would be required to travel and work in multiple workplaces and as the Trust grows or a vacancy arises, the role will become fixed to one school location.

The postholder will need experience of prioritising work and the ability to undertake basic repairs and maintenance tasks. They must be able to maintain accurate records using technology and MIS packages and be educated to a good standard of Maths and English.

You will also be experienced in the use of ICT applications relevant to the post, i.e. Teams, Word, Excel, Power Point, Publisher.
