What skills and experience we're looking for

We are seeking aPremises Officer to join us at Pound Hill Infant Academy to help us ensure that the school sites areclean, secure and safe for all users.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and secure Academy site.
- Providingand maintaining a customer-focused service.
- Providingcaretaking duties including maintenance, janitorial and portage tasks.
- Supervisingexternal contractors.
You will have:
- Practical skills in maintenance and cleaning: DIY, painting &decorating, general garden maintenance etc
- Experience of maintaining health & safety in a workplace
- A good working knowledge of Microsoft office
- Full clean driving licence with access to own transport
- The ability to work as part of our teamand independently
