Premises Supervisor job summary

The role of the Premises Supervisor will be to provide support regarding Health & Safety compliance, preventative maintenance and general building repairs and be responsible for opening and closing of the school building. This includes:

Security

Cleanliness

Porterage

Monitoring contracts/contractors

Routine maintenance and refurbishment

Minor repairs

Advising the Business Manager/Headteacher on suggested improvements to the general school environment

Carry out pre-planned maintenance programmes

Complete cycle of health and safety checks, completing records

Undertake training to keep up-to-date with current health and safety guidance

The candidate will be required to undergo a full enhanced DBS check and must be eligible to work in the UK.
