Primary Academy Office Manager job summary
We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic school Office Manager to join our team here at Djanogly Northgate Academy. We need a professional who is committed to providing a high quality office management function in a busy primary school. The successful candidate will be responsible for the running of the school office.
The postholder will support the Academy Leader and Senior Leadership Team in order to ensure smooth running of the Academy which may include all administrative areas, as well as supporting other areas when required. The successful candidate will also be required to work closely with the Trust’s School Improvement Services team on finance, HR, GDPR and estates tasks
What we are looking for:
- A candidate with previous administrative experience
- Ability to work with people at all levels, the role does require you to work closely with senior leaders as well as current employees
- Enthusiasm for the role and the drive to improve processes
- Ability to work on your own initiative and with minimal supervision when required
