- £29,269.00 - £32,076.00 Annually (FTE) Grade 6, SCP 18-24. 37 hours per week. Term time only plus 3 weeks. Actual salary £27,209 to £30,619 including fringe allowance. Fixed term contract for 6 months.
Primary Administration and Operations Officer job summary
The successful candidate will support the headteacher and Senior Leadership Team at Great Hollands Primary School with all operational and administrative matters. and will work closely with the Primary Operations and Project Manager to ensure that the school operates efficiently with a seamless integration with the services provided by our growing central services functions. The postholder will also manage the marketing and community engagement activities at school and will act as PA to the headteacher.
The successful candidate will be:
- Professional and friendly, able to work closely with the site manager and the school leadership team
- Extremely organised and able to prioritise to meet the conflicting demands of the various stakeholders
- Able to motivate and manage the admin team, ensuring at all times that interactions are professional and that excellent customer service is delivered
- Willing to undertake training to support their own professional development and the operational needs of the primary hub
- Able to liaise with contractors, especially the IT and catering contractors

- Customer service experience.
- Exceptional organisational and planning skills.
- A high level of professionalism, with respect for others, and a positive attitude.
- A flexible approach to work.
