About Us: Finch Woods Academy is a specialist co-education provision for pupils with social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) needs.

Our Primary Phase is an excellent department staffed by outstanding, experienced practitioners and this would be an exceptional opportunity for an Early Career Teacher who would be expertly mentored and supported by the team to become the best possible SEND specialist professional.

Key Requirements: A love of teaching children with special educational needs is essential of the right candidate and experience of teaching and caring for pupils with social, emotional and mental health needs is a key requirement. If you have a drive and ambition to work as part of a highly committed, dedicated, professional team within Finch Woods Primary Phase Team, then this is the job for you.
