The Governing body of the Federation of the Church Schools of Shalfleet and Yarmouth wish to appoint a dedicated and highly effective Classroom Teacher to join our forward-thinking learning community.

Shalfleet C.E. Primary school is part of a strong, successful Federation with Yarmouth C.E. Primary school. The Federation was established over 10 years ago and both schools benefit from this partnership. The school is located in the rural setting of Shalfleet, on the West side of the Isle of Wight. The school operates single year group classes.
The school has a positive atmosphere and there are warm relationships at all levels – pupils, parents, staff and governors, with everyone striving to improve the quality of education provided. The Federation has a commitment to professional development and is developing leaders at all levels, it has 1 Head teacher, 1 Deputy Head teacher and 2 School Leaders, one for each site.
