About Wroxall Primary School
Wroxall is a small village primary school consisting of 5 mixed-age classes. We pride ourselves on our CARE values (Challenge, Achievement, Resilience and Respect) and we have grand plans for the future in a rapidly developing school. Substantial building work is now almost completed. The £2,000,000 development has transformed the facilities available for children and staff within school.
Wroxall Primary School is an exciting place to be, a school which is focused on moving forward with the best outcomes for children at the heart of all we do. This role is a great opportunity for someone who is keen: to develop their teaching skills; be proactive in raising standards of attainment and to embody our vision of providing the very best for each and every pupil. We are seeking an excellent teacher who has energy, enthusiasm, drive and dedication to join our team and truly make a difference to future outcomes for our children.
The role currently advertised, is flexibly placed either within KS1 or KS2 to suit the skillset of the successful candidate. As we are a small school, opportunities to develop foundation subject leadership skills are available. Working as part of a supportive, hardworking and encouraging team, opportunities to access quality CPD will be given. The school is a reflective environment where you will be expected to contribute to a strong team ethos, supporting each other.
