The Candidate
We are looking for candidates whose commitment, energy, professional expertise and experience qualify them to take on this exciting and invigorating role. The successful candidate will be academically able, an excellent practitioner determined to further improve, and a real team-player. They will strongly support our child-centred ethos in which everyone is encouraged to be successful. We value the fundamental need to work together to achieve our goals, and only by doing so can we be certain that “In Unity, we succeed”
We welcome applications from both experienced and early career teachers.
The Role
The successful candidate will have full class responsibility within the primary years. Class allocations for September are yet to be decided and whilst the role could be working in any of the primary year groups, class responsibility within our Key Stage One team is a likely possibility. The successful candidate will understand how children learn and be able to apply this to facilitate the learning in their class and ensure at least good progress for all children. They will lead or be part of a curriculum team and therefore drive standards across the academy.
