We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Deputy SENCO from September 2025, who can work alongside our SENCO in leading and developing the implementation of SEND provision at Westacre Middle school. This is a new and exciting opportunity to play a significant role within our dynamic Inclusion team enabling us to build upon our existing successful practices, as we continue to develop our inclusive school. As Deputy SENCO, you will play a crucial role in supporting our SENCO while collaborating with staff, parents, and external professionals to ensure the success of our children.
Whether you have experience in SEND or are looking to take the next step in your career, this is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills in a supportive and thriving school environment. Applications are therefore welcome from experienced SENCOs or inspiring and aspirational teachers eager to step into this role – any training will be provided to the successful candidate.
