Primary Operations Manager job summary
Primary Operations Manager – Salary/Grade F
37 hours a week, 41 weeks per year, Permanent Contract
We are seeking to appoint a skilled, proactive, approachable and enthusiastic Primary Operations Manager to join our very supportive, hardworking and successful team at Glen Park Primary School. In this role, you will be pivotal in driving the smooth operation of the school, to achieve the best outcomes for our children.
We are looking for someone who:
- Has exceptional communication skills and is able to build good relationships with children, parents and staff.
- Has excellent time management, with the ability to meet deadlines and to prioritise tasks.
- Is organised and able to multi-task and problem solve.
- Has experience of financial management and a good knowledge and understanding of value for money in contracts and resources.
- Has effective word processing, database and spreadsheet use, and understands the requirements of GDPR.
- Is creative and imaginative in order to identify opportunities and anticipate problems to support the school as it moves forward.
- Is able to deal with sensitive information with the ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times.
