We are looking to appoint an exceptional candidate to the post of Primary Phase Assistant Head Teacher and SENDCo for our all through 4-19 free school.
Our ‘Good’ Ofsted judgement (November 2018) is a strong foundation on which to build and develop the school. The challenge is to sustain and further improve through every aspect of Gildredge House.
In order to help deliver our vision we are looking to appoint an excellent Primary Phase Assistant Head Teacher and SENDCo who is committed to ensuring that we have a fully inclusive approach to the education of students with SEND, those in receipt of the Pupil Premium Grant and those students who have High Prior Attainment.
Within this context, the role of Primary Phase Assistant Head Teacher and SENDCo represents an exciting and rewarding professional opportunity. You will help us continue to build on the success of our school, with a keen eye on developing curriculum and practice for students with SEND, PPG and High Prior Attainment, making sure no student is left behind.
You will contribute strategic and logistical skills in support of the school’s aims and development planning. If you are ambitious for progression into Senior Leadership and have further ambitions for Deputy Headship or Headship then this role will provide a fertile environment for leadership development at the highest level of the establishment. You will receive expert coaching from the Head Teacher as you develop.
Salary range: £45,434.00 rising to £50,150.00 (Gildredge House Leadership Pay Scale points L4-L8, 2021-2022)
