Primary Pupil Progress Leader - Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) job summary

All Phases and aspects of the Academy have been judged to be ‘good’ and rapidly developing as of April 2015 demonstrating our hard work, commitment and the dedication of staff and governors and strong support we receive from parents and local community.

An opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and experienced teacher with the right leadership skills who can make an impact to the Early Years Foundation Phase as a Pupil Progress Leader. The position is to commence after the Easter holidays however we are willing to wait until September for the right candidate.

The Pupil Progress Leader will be responsible for monitoring and improving standards of teaching and learning and as well as moderating assessments within their Phase. Applicants must have the right leadership and management skills along with demonstrable success as a teacher of their phase and be experienced with the concept of target setting and of developing and employing criteria for measuring success and assessment for learning.
