Primary School Phase Leader job summary

Thriftwood wishes to appoint an energetic Phase Leader to be accountable for providing professional leadership and management of the school provision, with particular focus on the Primary Phase, that will promote high standards in all areas of the Academy’s work, sustaining and developing its ‘Outstanding’ status. The successful candidate would be someone who is committed to the vision and ethos of our innovative, successful academy School site.

SEAX is a small, but growing, special school multi-academy trust based in Essex. We currently comprise four schools; Grove House in Brentwood, Thriftwood in Chelmsford and Kingswode Hoe & Langham Oaks in Colchester. We are due to open a fifth academy, the Hawthorns, in Chelmsford in the near future. Our provisions serve pupils with moderate learning, speech & language and SEMH difficulties.
