They must also be able to be patient, inspirational and inclusive in their work with pupils. Applicants should demonstrate an ability to be organised and pro-active and seek to forge good working relationships with parents and other staff working at Loxley and in other schools and agencies. Part of the role is also to evidence learning, share good practice with colleagues and keep records on pupil participation and progress. There will also be times when the successful candidate will be required to work at other friendly and welcoming local schools in the academy particularly Bradfield Dungworth Primary School however the great majority of time in the role will be spent at Loxley Primary School.
