Line manage our
talented inclusion team and family support worker.
Build strong and
effective working relationships with school staff at all levels, outside
agencies and the local authority.
Work creatively with
multi agency professionals and services to develop provision and support
children to achieve improved outcomes.
Hold, be working
towards or committed to undertake the National SENCO Award (unless qualified
through performing the role of SENCO prior to and since September 2009).
Lead by example
and model high quality teaching and learning across the primary age range for
an important role in leading whole school systems for safeguarding children and
act as an active member of our Level 3 safeguarding team.
