Primary Support Base Teacher job summary

We are seeking to appoint a teacher to our Primary Support Base.  The successful candidate must have QTS and the creativity and enthusiasm to inspire children.   You will be working with some of society’s most vulnerable and challenging young people with a view to transitioning them back into mainstream primary schools.

You will be working in a class with 6 young people and a supportive team.  The role can be challenging at times although very rewarding.

The successful candidate may be required at times to work on any of our Links Multi Academy Trust sites.

We are recognised as a ‘School of Character’ and encourage Responsibility, Respect and Resilience.  These are characteristics we expect of all of our students and staff regardless of their role within the school.

The Links Academy Trust is committed to safeguarding children and young people.  All post holders are subject to a satisfactory Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.  We will also require two appropriate references. As part of the recruitment process on line checks will be carried out on shortlisted candidates.
