What the school offers its staff

Through our broad ASPIRE curriculum pupils experience a wide variety of engaging learning opportunities and our extensive grounds provide opportunities for outdoor learning, including forest schools in our very own nature area. ASPIRE represents the strands of Achievement, Safety, Pride, Independence, Responsibility and Engagement as these are the core values that drive everything we do. Our aim is that our pupils leave us as well-developed, rounded citizens with strong personal and social and communication skills, with a sense of independence, confidence and identity. They will also possess secure skills and knowledge from across the curriculum with a focus on the importance of strong communication, language and oracy.

Pupils, staff and parents are proud of Willow Green, the exciting learning that takes place here and the community atmosphere that is central to everything we do.

This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a forward-thinking, ambitious team in a welcoming, friendly school. This role would suit anyone looking to progress in their teaching career and in turn develop their wider leadership responsibilities.
