What skills and experience we're looking for

We are looking for someone to join our Primary Phase at BCA. This is an exciting opportunity to join our Academy, where putting students first is a fundamental part of our culture. We strongly believe that positive outcomes for our students come from the professionalism, commitment and passion for excellence displayed by our staff.

We know that a great teacher changes lives. We also know that we need to look after our teachers and give them time to do their job well therefore, we are giving an additional 10% of time back to teachers to use at their professional discretion. This is in addition to 10% PPA.

At BCA, we embrace professional feedback. You will need to be either a fantastic classroom practitioner already, or an ECT that can demonstrate the potential to develop quickly, with a commitment to continuous professional development.

This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a supportive and dedicated team and to play a key role in the further development of this provision at our inclusive academy. Do come and visit to meet the team and find out more about the role.
