What skills and experience we're looking for

We are looking for an outstanding classroom teacher within our Primary Phase to cover maternity leave, effective from September 2024 to 15th April 2025 (or until post holder returns to position, whichever is soonest) teaching at primary level. Ideally you will be able to offer areas of interest and will be committed to extra-curricular activities.

You will need to be either an outstanding classroom practitioner already, or an ECT that can demonstrate the potential to become outstanding quickly, with a commitment to continuous professional development.

You will also need to have good behaviour management skills and the ability to inspire and develop students in order to raise standards and maximise their potential.
