Mount Tamar is a vibrant, well established specialist school with a bright future in Plymouth. We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic, motivated and flexible Primary Teacher to join our School.
The Role:
We are looking for a Primary class teacher who can take a creative approach to teaching pupils according to their educational needs, ensuring delivery of the school curriculum in a way that maximises their ability to develop and achieve. This is a great opportunity for someone wanting to spend time developing creative learning opportunities for children with varied and complex needs. Your days will be both challenging and rewarding. You will be supported at all times by a dynamic and understanding team.
We are looking for a teacher experienced in teaching the primary national curriculum and who shares our vision to empower our vulnerable young people to be happy and to make their way successfully in the world. Whilst previous experience of working in an SEN/ASC/SEMH environment would be desirable, excellent teaching skills and the right motivation, personal qualities and levels of resilience are equally as important.
