- A hardworking and creative teacher who has a working knowledge of the primary curriculum and assessment systems.
- A teacher who has high expectations of themselves and our children.
- A team player who can work with and support all members of our school community.
- A teacher with good communication skills who recognises the importance of partnerships with parents and carers.
- A teacher with previous experience of leading a core subject.
- A supportive colleague with experience of coaching and mentoring.
