The Thomas Lord Audley School is seeking to appoint an excellent teacher with a proven track record of supporting KS2 and/or KS3 students to make rapid progress.
You will be working as part of a well-established transition team who are responsible for supporting the students who enter Year 7 at just below age related expectations to make rapid progress to catch up with their peers. This is a significant role within the school as we want our Year 7 students to have the best possible start to life at TLA and your role will be to ensure that the work at Secondary is even more challenging than the work they were doing in Year 6.
You will be working with a range of our departments to adapt and deliver their schemes of work in areas you feel confident teaching.
All of our departments pride themselves on being highly supportive and collaborative. Resources are shared on a daily basis and Teaching and Learning is at the heart of all meetings, planning and assessment.
We are seeking a Primary Transition teacher who wants to use their passion to inspire our wonderful students. It is our priority is to ensure we get the right person to join our brilliant team and to continue to develop our excellent culture of learning.
