Ark Boulton Academy seeks to appoint a new Principal with a clear vision to lead the school at this transformational stage of its journey. With strong foundations in place, and a wealth of network and regional support available, this is an exciting opportunity for an incoming principal to nurture Ark Boulton into a truly great school.
Our school:
Ark Boulton Academy is an inclusive six-form entry secondary school, serving 900 students from the local community of Sparkill. Our school has been on a significant journey of improvement over the past eight years, and having recently received positive feedback from Ofsted (June 2024), the school is now on firm foundations and ready to progress towards excellence.
Our team is on a mission to provide a quality education that empowers all individuals to flourish, and we are therefore seeking to appoint a principal with a proven background in securing strong outcomes at scale. We welcome applications from existing principals looking for a new challenge, as well as high potential deputies who would thrive in a collaborative network.
Ark Boulton is part of the Ark network, one of the country’s most successful multi-academy trusts. The newly appointed principal will have access to exceptional coaching and training opportunities, as well as the opportunity to collaborate with principal colleagues across Birmingham and our wider network. The successful candidate will work closely with the Executive Principal and have the support of the Regional Director.
