Principal job summary
Avanti Fields School is an all-through 4 to 16 school (2 FE at primary and 6FE at secondary) that has just moved to its impressive new permanent site in the Hamilton area of Leicester. The school currently has Years 7, 8, 9 and 10 students and will open for Reception aged children from September 2022.

We are seeking applications from experienced and ambitious senior leaders (primary or secondary) for the post of Principal. We expect the successful candidate to take up post from September 2022.

Avanti Fields School is a new all-through school which welcomed the first intake of Year 7 students in September 2018. The school is rapidly expanding, and will grow year by year to a full cohort of 1,320. This is an exciting time to join the school as it moves into its new state of the arts building and continues its journey to outstanding.
Avanti Fields is a Hindu-designated faith school, part of the growing family of Avanti schools. However, staff and students at Avanti Fields School do not originate from any specific faith background.
