This is a rare opportunity for an exceptional leader and accomplished classroom practitioner to work with the Inspiring Futures Partnership Trust’s senior leadership team to design, setup, establish a new primary academy and help shape a community.

The successful candidate will need to demonstrate a strong knowledge across the domains of: Quality of Education, Behaviour and Attitudes, Personal Development and Leadership and Management. You will work in conjunction with the Executive Principal to lead and grow the new Academy.

Kingsbrook View Primary Academy is a new two form entry primary academy, offering places from nursery to year 6, being built on the new Kingsbrook Housing Development situated on the outskirts of the County town of Aylesbury. Kingsbrook View Primary Academy has a planned opening date of September 2021; the Academy will grow over the coming years with a final capacity of 472 places (420 places in key stage 1 and 2 and 52 nursey places).

Kingsbrook View Primary Academy will be a partner academy within Inspiring Futures Partnership Trust, working alongside Abbey View Primary Academy and Chepping View Primary Academy. Kingsbrook View’s vision will be guided by its motto “Growing together to achieve dreams” and the Trust’s ambition to inspire, nurture every child so they excel in all aspects of life.
